Returns & Exchanges
CONDITIONS
You can exchange or return a product within 30 days after receiving it (“Right of Withdrawal”). All we ask is that you return the items after fitting in the original box and the labeling intact. All sales on discounted items are final. You can’t return or exchange discounted items.
In case of a return, we will refund you the full amount a.s.a.p. (latest within 10 days) after receiving it. The refund will be made to the same (bank-)account the original payment was received from. All return shipments and shipping costs are at the responsibility of the sender. We advise you to use a postal service with track & trace. BLTZ BV cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Bltz BV reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items, which Bltz can confirm as new and unused, will be eligible for a return or exchange.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange a product within 30 days after receiving it. Just send an e-mail to info@wolffblitz.com with the following details: your order number, which item you’d like to exchange and which item you would like in return. We’ll then get back to you a.s.a.p. with instructions.
All return shipments and shipping costs are at the responsibility of the sender. Once we received the item you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.
Please note: the product you’d like to exchange should be in the original, salable condition (unworn), and with the original packaging and labeling intact. All sales on discounted items are final. You can’t return or exchange discounted items.

You can return a product for a full refund within 30 days after receiving it. Send your return(s) to:
